Rates
We do not offer any rack rates! This is because we strongly believe that each customer is unique and needs to be treated that way. But we offer discounts on long term associations, which essentially are prepaid plans, subject to a minimum of one month association.
Note
All new clients need to pay a non-refundable advance of $100.00 that gets adjusted against all the work done in the first project. In case the cost of the first project is below that, the balance amount gets rolled over to the next project. In case you need our services regularly, we can offer a fortnightly billing that with a nominal deposit that gets adjusted in your bills.
We will intimate you in case we need an additional advance deposit for any work. All projects are quoted for, individually and need to be explicitly approved by you and mutually agreed before the commencement of each work.
Terms
For every new client, we initially engage in an initial pre-engagement assessment that mutually allows us to assess the workloads in order to give the best possible advice. Once this happens we expect the client to sign an engagement agreement with us. Any work will start only after receiving this agreement and the initial advance. We accept payments only through PayPal as of now.
All payments need to be made in advance as per mutually agreed terms. NO CREDIT WILL BE PERMITTED WHATSOEVER. Costs do not include mailing, envelopes, faxing and other similar charges. Promise: We strive to deliver the best quality work at all times, however we request you to please check before using it. In case you discover an error or you are not happy with our deliveries, kindly talk to us. We will be more than happy to rectify the situation and also give you a discount on the next order.
